ART at MDSA

Throughout the year we offer 4 to 6-week long sessions of drawing, painting, and sewing classes. These Mini Sessions are a great, low-commitment way to participate in the arts! Check back often because new classes are added frequently!

Drawing: Whether you are focusing on building fundamental drawing skills or refining the skills you have, our skilled instructor is ready to help you progress and enhance your work. Students will learn techniques such as shading, controlling tones, Space and perspective, and creating texture.

Painting: Our skilled instructor will serve as a mentor in a friendly supportive and creative atmosphere. The class will  explore the interesting aspects of composition, perspective, dimension, and design while bringing their ideas to life though various mediums. There is satisfaction in seeing an internal creative vision become a reality! All skill levels are welcome.

Step By Step painting Nights: Release your inner artist during MDSA’s step by step painting class. We provide all art supplies, instruction, set up & clean up. Invite your friends and family and come join the fun!

Class Attire:
Dress for a mess! In all honesty, they probably won't get too messy. We never want them to feel sad if they accidentally paint themselves or feel like they have ruined important clothes.
