You may make a bequest or gift through your estate by including a provision in your will or living trust. You can also name MDSA Foundation as a beneficiary of a retirement plan or life insurance policy. The amount left to MDSA Foundation can be expressed as a dollar amount or as a percentage of the assets to be given.
As with all gift planning, you should consult with your Attorney and/or your tax advisor to determine what planned gift strategy is best for your tax situation and income requirements. Consulting professionals will ensure that you are protected and that your desire to make a lasting impact within our community through MDSA Foundation will be fulfilled.

MDSA Foundation can receive support from the resale of Concert and Special Event Tickets.

You can support MDSA Foundation and at the same time advertise your business to the many, many families who frequent MDSA each week!
Participation in a MDSA Foundation Sponsorship Plan provides a way for corporations to contribute substantially to the ongoing support of the MDSA Foundation. (As distinct from one-time donations.)
MDSA has three different level options to suite your advertising needs.
Corporate sponsorship benefits will start immediately upon receiving payment and company logo. Sponsorships run for one year.
