
Hip Hop
All positive, family-friendly music/non-suggestive lyrics, high energy, and tons of fun. Hip hop dance requires students to have the strength and stamina to successfully perform the moves. It is a high-energy class that infuses the latest styles of street dancing, breaking, popping, and locking. Class includes upper and lower body conditioning as well as a rigorous warm-up to help prepare students for more intense movements.
Dress Code:
No jewelry is to be worn in class (necklaces, bracelets, rings, or dangly ear rings)
Booty shorts or clothing with inappropriate words or images are NOT allowed.
All students should keep their hair up and out of their face.
An appropriate cover-up to and from class is suggested.
No midriffs showing allowed.
No strapless tops allowed
Girls & Boys:
Loose but modest clothing that does not restrict movement (no jeans, no midriffs).
Jazz shoes or tennis shoes.
