Would you like to receive a PE waiver for your middle school or high school physical education requirements so that you can spend more time pursuing the art of dance?

MDSA is partnering with Klein ISD and Conroe ISD to offer Off-Campus PE!

The Off Campus Physical Education Program is to accommodate students who are making a serious effort to develop higher-level skills in a specific activity that exceed what the school district can offer through the general physical education program.
Off-Campus Physical Education provides an opportunity for students to receive credit for participation in an off-campus, physical education/athletic program.
You must apply via your school within a set time frame. Please refer to your home ISD or school for more information.

Please note that MDSA will need to complete forms from the school district to have your application approved. It is your responsibility to provide us with the forms and allow 7-10 for processing.

A minimum of five hours per week are required according to state requirements.

You will receive an additional charge due to the fees the school district(s) assesses to the program providers.

Nondiscriminatory Policy

The MDSA Foundation School admits students of any race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
